Remounting engagement rings may be necessary after some years of normal wear and tear. To ensure your centre diamond or precious gemstone remains strongly fixed it can be a good idea to reset your engagement ring from time to time. With my complimentary yearly servicing for custom engagement ring clients I will assess all ring settings to ensure they remain secure. If discover any loose diamonds or gemstones I will first try to tighten them, or advise on further repair or replacement of the setting. It is vital that you bring in any ring in as soon as you notice any diamond or gemstone coming loose to ensure it is not lost while wearing the piece.
